Cancellation

If you have made an order and would like to make a cancellation (provided that the product is not shipped yet). you can contact us to discuss about the refund process. For products that have been shipped, no cancellation is allowed. Technation remain the right to cancel the order upon notification, in which Technation will refund the full amount to the buyer
